Job Duties:

Answer Dutch customer service calls and emails, deal with first-line and simple problems, troubleshoot and collect equipment information

Job requirements:

1. Dutch is mandatory, and have relevant after sales experience in the electrical industry is preferred.

2. Be proficient in computer and office software operation

3. Be proactive, responsible, have good communication skills and teamwork sense, strong execution of target plans.

Core requirements.

1. Local Dutch speaker and language requirement: Dutch

2. Have a long-term legal work permit in the region and be willing to work in customer service.
