    Working in partnership with the EMEA leadership team, we are adding a Sales Director to take on a critical role as a business and people leader for our sales team. This is a chance to apply your people and process leadership on a much larger, strategic scale with more significant impact, promoting the success of our customers, your team, and the organization.
    You may be a Sales Director of Saas that is familiar with business requirements for customers in consumer goods, retail or logistics and supply chain companies.     Your priorities

    • Contribute to our growth. Our core focus is increasing organic growth where deep domain expertise and a strong customer-centric consultative approach both with prospects and our 22,000 accounts is the core foundation from which we continue to build. You will directly contribute to the quarterly targets set by our board of directors.
    • Collaborate to measure our success. You will apply a proven solutions consulting playbook that draws on innovation and exceeds industry best practice. Drawing on your lived experiences, lessons learned, and insights into prospects/customers, you will work with the team to build out a set of standards, processes, and metrics against which growth can be measured.

    What you bring

    • The real-business-world experience. You have 5+ years of experience in IT sales leadership, accelerating revenue growth as a solid partner to the sales organization. Ideally, you have exposure to Retail (Consumer Goods, Fashion) and logistics or supply chain management. Or, you have a high degree of intellectual curiosity to learn the business, get into the details beside the team, and excel at challenger value-centric engagement. You can confidently navigate a matrixed environment and present recommendations in a compelling, professional, and impactful way to senior executives.
    • The leadership. You have at least three years of demonstrated success scaling resources, building trust and nurturing connections within teams. You can foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment, plan and achieve KPIs, guide the team's work, remove barriers, and create individual growth opportunities. You epitomize coachability, a growth mindset, and the desire to be a thought-leader in this space.
    • The knowledge. You have been here and done it before; you have the scars to prove it, along with the understanding of how to make it work your way. You want to make a mark for yourself and have it reflected in the seamless, outstanding contribution of the team. You are solution and service-oriented, with an ability to dive in and understand both the market space and how customers interact with our offerings - and how to increase their engagement.
