- Work alongside SVP SCM EMEA in guiding and continuously evolving the SCM EMEA organization
- Support SVP SCM EMEA in defining their ‘management agenda’, priorities and objectives for the SCM EMEA organization including Europe market inputs
- Drive implementation of the ‘management agenda’ through preparing relevant SMT meeting/calls, ensuring structured follow-up on key topics / action items
- Drive progress in achieving key transformational initiative milestones and objectives in collaboration with the Senior Management Team
- Provide leadership in change management of EMEA key strategic topics to ensure a clear path for change and clear connection with communication strategy and execution to support understanding and adoption of key changes across SCM, Market Europe and GSCM.
- Drive organizational reviews and changes across SCM EMEA organization including structural changes and hiring approach in collaboration with HR
- Influence and manage any adhoc issue resolution, coordinate solutions across the different functions of the organization both for Europe and for Global SCM
- Support and drive strategy evolution jointly with SMT and organizational engagement
- Support the Strategic Business Plan process, and the annual objectives setting process in collaboration with the SVP SCM EMEA
- Monitor and influence strategic projects after conceptualization
- Feedback and facilitate sharing of best practices or improvement ideas
- Facilitate and manage all SCM EMEA Senior Leadership meetings and SCM EMEA key events including alignment with Europe market meetings and key events and GSCM alignment
- Create and align communications Framework for SVP SCM EMEA to share regular updates with the SCM EMEA organization and support in ongoing execution
- Provide leadership and support for Europe market initiatives as needed

- Proven track record in project and/or portfolio management and change management, preferably in a matrixed organization
