    Job Description

    Attention NJ Applicants: In April 2020, our Company announced plans to consolidate our New Jersey campuses into a single New Jersey headquarters location in Rahway, NJ by 2023. Therefore, the NJ work location for this role will be temporarily based and the exact timing of the departmental move to Rahway, NJ will be communicated at a future date.

    Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations

    The Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for understanding the strategy from the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE) and operationalizing that strategy through internal & external resources supporting our company's talent acquisition process. This director leads a team of 8-10 internal employees and is also responsible for relationship management and oversight of our external partners, ensuring consistent and positive service delivery to our internal stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process and external worker program. This position will work closely with the Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition to execute the long-term strategic vision of creating Talent as our Company's trademark.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage and develop a regionally aligned Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) operations team responsible for elevating strategic and sustainable performance within an internal team and in partnership with external suppliers.

    • Work closely with the GTA Leadership team to define COE business needs and priorities to ensure comprehensive delivery solutions & strategies.

    • Advocate for optimal Candidate & Hiring Manager experience – soliciting input for alignment with & optimization of solutions.

    • Partner with organizational readiness on the development of key employee and manager communications to ensure clarity of key messages and actions.

    • Provide oversight for Supplier Relationship and Risk Management in Talent Acquisition operations including but not limited to RPOs, GBC Supplier, External Workforce / Contingent Talent (MSP) suppliers.

    • Deliver reporting advanced analytics against business requirements to analyze hiring trends and provide this information to the Talent COE to enable the Talent Directors to work with the business to drive behavior that will help meet our Company's line of business hiring goals.

    • Drive operational excellence by continuously evolving end to end global recruitment delivery model including people, process, technology, and compliance.

    • Manage and evolve the global contingent talent & external workforce program including external suppliers and services.

    • Lead execution of the Global Background Check (GBC) process for better candidate & Hiring Manager experience.

    • Be accountable for leading and driving Operational Strategies both for Talent Acquisition and Contingent labor categories that enable program strategies while seeking efficiency gains, improved candidate and external workforce experience, drive financial optimization.

    • Responsible for partnering with Procurement to negotiate vendor agreements and subsequent oversight of vendor budget including forecasting and accurate reporting

    • This Director will develop new, and improve existing, service offerings and demonstrate a strong understanding of change management to successfully realize the intent and benefit of those services.

    • This leader will be expected to utilize analytics on a consistent basis.

    • This person will also work in collaboration with the other global, regional and divisional leads to apply the global strategies as consistently as practical at the regional level.

    Required Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations.

    • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree a plus

    • Demonstrated record and proven ability to lead a global team (blend of on-site and virtual locations)

    • Demonstrated capabilities in supplier relationship management, financial acumen, and use of data to provide insights into business performance.

    Preferred Experience and Skills:

    • Talent Acquisition experience managing the delivery of talent services and accountable for metrics/results, escalations, and service recovery in partnership with external suppliers

    • Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition services provider.
