Create the framework that enables effective collaboration with the Newsrooms, DVM, CX, SEO, and Media Activation Teams, ensuring content opportunities are optimized and are integrated into the relevant campaign briefs.
Act as key figure, managing the relationship with global Digital Content and Global Digital Teams, informing global campaign delivery with market insights as well as the relationship for our external agency partner leading digital content in the European organization.
Drive efficiency in digital asset creation, curation and optimization by sharing and evaluating solutions.
Leading the relationship with content agency for the European organization, including with local cluster teams.
Participation in ad-hoc special projects with cross-functional project teams to help drive the business towards short- or long-term business objectives, such as atomization, campaign reporting and insights, personalization, and localization.
Explore and implement new technologies and opportunities by guiding the team to industry leading tools, trends, and developments.
Track OTIF delivery targets for Planning and Business Units (BU) teams, ensuring the team monitor delivery performance.
Act as key partner to the Senior Director, Digital Activation, delivering the consolidated content annual budget forecast. Track and monitor actuals vs budget and make revisions accordingly.
Establish a tight-knit partnership with the Heads of Planning, Membership, and CRM to ensure that there is a seamless partnership from Planning to Content, enabling flawless execution, and that Membership and CRM opportunities are fully implemented into the campaign process.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years digital marketing experience with exposure to global clients and a mix of agency and brand-side experiences.
5+ years experience managing teams.
