    General

    The Digital & Social Brand Manager is responsible for implementing the Digital strategy for L’Oréal Professionnel in the Benelux. In short, you will:

    • define the online strategy in line with the brand priorities and image,
    • contributing to brand and market profitable growth,
    • maximize the integration of digital into our practices, hence identifying and enhancing business development opportunities.

    You will have the following responsibilities:

    • Ownership and optimization of the Digital Eco-system & digital investments (like platforms, content, CRM, e-retail, etc.)


    • Build 360° Digital Media campaigns

    o Strategy & follow-up (in close collaboration with agency)

    o Monitor media investment for all product categories in function of campaigns

    o Responsible for campaign briefings & plan validations

    o Being able to give feedback on proposed media plans + analyze results of campaigns (ROI)


    • Supervising day-to-day flow of Social Media performance:

    o Create, develop, manage communities, and implement the social media strategy to support the brand’s / projects ambition.

    o Responsible for content published on B2B Facebook Group/ B2C Facebook page

    o Ensure 100% reply rate (community management)

    o Ensure perfect roll out of Facebook Lives via BELIVE/ Instagram lives


    • Responsible for CRM/ E-mail marketing strategy + data analyses:

    o End responsibility of sending out B2B cycle e-mails

    o Ensure an opening rate of 45% and click-through rate of 5%

    o Enlarge data base with relevant new potential leads


    • Responsible for the B2B & B2C Influence marketing strategy & execution:

    o Close collab with squad + fostering relationships

    o Responsible for new event ideas

    o Project tracking results


    • Ensure brand visibility + perfect performing UX pages to drive conversion in the E-retail environment.


    • Digital upskilling and supporting the community and internal sales teams, focusing on key opportunities for growth (social selling).


    Who are you ?

    The following qualities and qualifications are required for this position:

    • A completed academic Master degree
    • Native/ fluent command of English, and either French or Dutch (This is a must-have!)
    • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (covering similar topics as mentioned above)
    • A real networker, you are strong at building relationships both internally and externally
    • A flexible mindset that suits the fast-paced Beauty business
    • Out-of-the-box thinking, with a good dose of creativity
    • You are organized, pro-active and can switch quickly between tasks, categories and stakeholders. You know how to tackle things and you always get the job done.
    • Communicative skills that foster trust with many types of stakeholders
    • Analytical skills (in the sense that you must be able to effectively assess our Marketing efforts, interpret the results and draw conclusions from this)
