    We are at the cutting edge of digital content production and our Dynamic department is leading the way. Dynamic is an innovative, new method of content production and we are looking for like minded people to help us pave the way.

    Jargon like ‘glassplates’ and ‘templates’ will become a first language to you. The Digital Producer knows how to navigate the complexities of multiple campaigns at once, gives pushback on deadlines, thrives under pressure and is an excellent facilitator.

    The main goal for the digital producer is to own the workflow regarding automation of content at scale, using the Storyteq platform. And to ensure that all dynamic content for our (global) clients will be delivered on time, within the client’s restrictions and variations. This will be done in close collaboration with the internal teams, client’s stakeholders and third parties.

    What will you be doing?


    As our Digital Producer you are responsible for the planning and making a clear overview of which parties are involved and what exactly needs to be done, including the deadlines for delivery of all parties. You will also make ballpark estimates and quotations for our digital and dynamic content productions. Digital Producers collaborate with our key internal and external partners to define, plan and execute digital and dynamic creative campaigns, with a focus on dynamic content creation. You help streamline workflows across the production teams and is focused on the task, time-and file management, next to approval of the protocol and quality control.

    As our Digital Producer you manage the day-to-day communication and project deliverables with your teams, plus you report the status of their production initiatives clearly, consistently and reliably to executive management and team members. Part of the job is to also discuss the media results with the Data Intelligence Manager in your department.

    In this role you meet with clients, both in-person and remotely, to set product strategy and managing production relationship throughout the project lifecycle. Hereby you discuss the proposed content calendar with the client and will rework any possible feedback. Make sure that data from learnings from Creative Learning Agenda’s is processed in the output.

    Who are we looking for?


    • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar job or agency;

    • You have a clear understanding of social media and the formats of different media channels;

    • You are creative, can easily switch between tasks and have experience in every part of digital content production;
    • Great creative, advisory and project management skills and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast‐paced environment;
    • Higher education level in working and thinking or equivalent experience ;
    • You speak and write English. Speaking Dutch would be a plus.
