    OMRON Healthcare EMEA, the Nr 1 Brand recommended by Cardiologists for Blood Pressure Monitors, is currently searching for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Group Manager to join our team.

    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director you will manage a team of digital marketeers, content strategists and product owners to set and execute OMRON’s digital marketing and e-commerce mid and long- term strategy in EMEA.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead the development and execution of the OMRON Healthcare digital marketing (organic and paid) and e-commerce strategy
    • Manage and coach the team of digital marketing managers and content managers to execute, together with media agencies, our SEO, SEM, PPC, email, content, influencers, and social media strategy to ensure our digital marketing and brand KPIs are met.
    • Manage and coach the team of product owners, UX/UI/content managers who contribute to website/e-commerce platform traffic, design and structure, to ensure our website and e-commerce sales KPIs are met.
    • Work with agencies and developers to improve website speed, performance, etc and manage media investments, to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects OMRON Healthcare’s branding specifications.
    • Drive sales performance of e-commerce platform, budget planning and reporting. Manage and execute promotional campaigns, provide insights on consumer shopping trends to identify opportunities and gaps.
    • Plan and follow up on digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce/marketing technology platform projects to ensure they run smoothly on time and within agreed budget.
    • Manage the group budget to ensure marketing activities maximize ROI and meet agreed KPIs.

    To succeed in the role, you will need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business and/or engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
    • At least 7 years’ experience in the field of digital marketing and e-commerce, with proven track record to the business.
    • Experience with marketing technology platform, preferably Salesforce cloud solutions (SFMC, SFSC)
    • Experience and comfortable working in multicultural and international environment.
    • Strong leadership skills to set direction, influence and engage others both internally and externally (eg agencies).
    • Excellent people manager, passionate about growing others.
    • Strong strategic thinker, creative, innovative, communicative, and good at priority-setting.
    • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
