    We are looking for an Digital / Online Marketeer to strengthen the Global Marketing team. This role requires a passion for results, strong collaboration skills, creativity, and openness to test and learn. We need someone who can build relationships cross-functionally, understands the business quickly, and is an independent thinker and problem solver.

    In this role you will work with people all over the world and closely with the Global Marketing Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing and Communications & Design teams. Together with 5 other digital marketers you will be part of the Marketing Operations team.

    Key responsibilities

    • Driving cross-departmental digital improvement projects to increase our contribution to the (indirect) sales pipeline.
    • Optimizing and developing the usage of Planon’s Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and broaden the marketing tech stack to increase efficiency across the Marketing department.
    • Measuring, testing and analyzing Planon’s global online marketing activities and interpreting user data – using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo – to improve the ROI of online Marketing activities.
    • Supporting in executing global marketing campaigns across various digital channels to ensure an omni-channel approach in Planon’s marketing activities and contribute to creation of pipeline.
    • Improving Planon’s personalization strategy by using Content Artificial Intelligence, Real-Time Personalization, and A/B testing to personalize various channels.
    • Increasing SEO ranking for Planon’s corporate website, focused on the main search engines.
    • Driving online and remarketing advertising on a variety of platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn.
    • Managing Planon’s Content Management System and making continuous (user experience) improvements to Planon’s websites.
    • Developing strategies for organic growth and engaging followers across various social media channels (like Facebook and LinkedIn).
    The Netherlands Nijmegen Sales & Marketing - Marketing 5-10 years


    This is a full-time position which requires frequent presence in our headquarters in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Planon embraces the hybrid work model and you can work from home and/or in one of our offices in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Germany or Belgium. You will support the worldwide Marketing & Sales organization by creating, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase digital traffic and conversion and improve the online user experience.

    Key Competences:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
    • Five to ten years of B2B Marketing experience, experience within a corporate environment and/or IT software background preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, results-focused environment.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of the importance of integrated communication.
    • Experience with demand generation via online advertising (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook).
    • Experience with analytics platforms (like Google Analytics).
    • Experience using marketing automation software such as Marketo would be beneficial, but not required.
    • Excellent oral and written English skills are required.
