    Digital HCP Engagement Manager

    As a Senior Digital Engagement Manager at our company you will be part of the Data, Digital & Design team. Your main responsibility is to optimize the use of different channels and platforms, such as web, email and social media, in order to improve the digital engagement with healthcare professionals.
    You make that happen by:
    1) being product owner of the closed web environment for healthcare professionals.
    2) successfully migrating web environment for healthcare professionals to the new Content Management System (CMS) in close collaboration with Customer Experience and global IT.
    3) optimizing and standardizing internal digital marketing processes.
    4) increasing the internal digital marketing capabilities and
    5) innovating and optimizing the stack of digital tools.

    Main responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional with extensive knowledge and experience with channel orchestration, marketing technology, process optimizations and platform migrations. Someone with a hands-on mentality and who can think outside of the box and creatively in a highly regulated market.

    You are an excellent communicator, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives in every organizational level. In addition, you have a strong business instinct, track record for delivering results and the ability to help structure large amounts of information around complex digital strategic challenges across various products and brands. You are a visionary, high-energy, and intellectually curious individual who can thrive in a high demand, high performance, and constantly changing environment.

    The primary activities include but are not limited to:

    • Managing change requests as platform Product Owner for Healthcare professionals.

    • Guiding the migration from Tridion to Wordpress VIP for our company.

    • Setting up standards to simplify re-occurring digital marketing processes.

    • Support cross-functional marketing teams in developing and realizing omnichannel marketing plans.

    • Support cross-functional marketing teams in defining and setting up customer engagement metrics.

    • Track & improve omnichannel engagement metrics together with other functions in the marketing teams.

    • Brief, guide and coordinate work to 3rd party agencies effectively and efficiently.

    Your profile

    • Bachelor Degree required, Master Degree preferred.

    • 5-7 years of experience in managing and improving omnichannel customer engagement as digital Product Owner or digital marketer.

    • Preferably experience with Wordpress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer Relationship Management, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization and HTML.

    • Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies.

    • Enthusiasm for standardization, process optimization and capability building.

    • Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define one’s own tasks.
