    Digital Engagement Manager

The Digital Engagement Manager constantly question the status-quo, to deliver actionable insights to help the company to make a difference in achieving its goals and engaging with customers.

    Your Key Responsibilities:
    Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    • Design outstanding customer engagement strategies and plans across all (digital) channels and drive in-depth customer insight generation that support strategic and tactical planning of omni-channel sales and marketing initiatives;
    • Head towards personalization at scale in customer engagement driven by transactional, engagement, behavioral and environmental insights;
    • Define and implement critical metrics to measure impact and progress of activities and ensure closed loop customer engagement activities;
    • Support and implement improvement of customer engagement systems, applications and customer relationship management strategies;
    • Drive and support omni-channel capability-building in the NL organization and host related trainings. Role model the right behavior, approach, and capabilities to develop the maturity of the organization;
    • Support the marketing and brand teams in their delivery of content led omni-channel strategies and tactics across owned, paid and earned channels with innovative content sourcing strategies to achieve brand objectives/critical metrics;
    • Collaborate effectively with departments and partners across NL business, regional, global, IT and supporting services and handle coordination of omni-channel projects with other functions;
    • Ensure appropriate governance and compliance of digital engagement platforms and activities;
    • Engage smartly by driving problem solving and standard methodology sharing.

    Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role:
    • University degree (bachelor) in marketing, business administration or comparable studies;
    • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) Dutch speaker preferred;
    • Strong experiences in digital transformation, data warehouse and governance projects;
    • Strong Digital Marketing track record;
    • Be a problem solver and possess excellent analytical skills;
    • Strong innovative approach and “we can do” attitude;
    • Excellent communicator with experience in influencing across all levels and functions.
    Desirable Requirements:
    • Recognized digital marketing, and/or customer engagement certifications;
    • Experience in effective organizational change and diversity management.
