    Digital Data Analyst

    We are looking for a digital-minded and enthusiastic individual to drive building our Digital Analytics & Market Intelligence function in the global digital Foodservice team at Friesland Campina Professional.


    As Digital Data Analyst you are responsible to design, implement and deliver cutting-edge (web) analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. Based on multiple data sources, you manage the generation of insights that help us better understand the market, consumer, our campaigns, expand reach, drive quality traffic, increase customer engagement and advocacy and ultimately impact sales. You will provide the factual basis for future consumer experiences, market developments, product innovations and site developments.

    Education & Professional Experience


    • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics
    • Experience in Market and Product Research (especially in B2B Food industry environment is preferred)
    • Experience in Market and Product Research


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


    • Advanced experiences with digital analytics tools and disciplines (web, eCom, app, social, paid media, CRM), e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe, Optimizely
    • Excellent presentation skills through storytelling.
    • Strong experience with visualization techniques.
    • Strong experience in cellecting/working with structured marekt intelligence data (especially in a B2B food environment is an added advantage)
    • Strong experience with data analysis tool(s) e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL
    • Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mind-set, ability to think end-to-end and globally.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
    • Strong experience to work on several projects simultaneously.
    • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business.
    • Fluent English (verbal and written).
    • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in MS Office

    Analytics


    Set up and continuously develop the digital online to offline analytics practice including service portfolio evolution aligned to the global frameworks:


    • Digital Marketing, Website and Business Performance Analytics
    • Digital Experience Analytics
    • Market and Product Research
    • Conduct collection, tracking, mining and analysis of data and the generation of fact-based insights using multiple data sources.
    • Drive Market and Product Intelligence for the Category teams to enable product and solution innovations that fit with the future needs of our customers and enhance our offer portfolio
    • Lead test and learn processes, capturing learnings and their communication
    • Provide analytics services to stakeholders within the global digital Food Service team and Markets
    • Ensure analytics results drive consumer experience and business impact and help achieve market commercial plans.


    Consulting


    • Support commercial stakeholders in the use of digital analytics to define goals, select appropriate KPIs, monitor performance and derive trends and opportunities.
    • Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations and calls for action based on your gathered insights. Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights communications.
    • Maintain a strong stakeholder network with high level of trust that facilitates action-ability of insights.
    • Implement and use data driven decision processes, in line with a fact-based decision culture.


    Reporting


    • Initiate and implement (new) reporting structures or refine existing structures in alignment with global digital analytics frameworks, data governance and privacy.
    • Help distill best practice guidance to markets and stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics capabilities.


    Innovation


    • Build a strong internal and external network mentoring and educating on latest trends and technological advances.
