As Digital Business Partner - blu you will play a key role in improving the brand experience via our owned digital channels and touch points and support markets to grow their market share and sales performance.
In your role as Digital Business Partner, you will be the middleman between Brand Marketing, Markets and our Digital Product organization. Therefor you need strong stakeholder management skills, be capable to prioritize your work based on data, insights, consumer/business value vs effort. You will work close together with the Head of Product and the Brand CX manager and together you define a vision for your product, a product strategy and roadmap supported by success metrics – and support the team to deliver on it. We work agile and you have experience working and leading teams in the scrum framework, events and rituals.
You will translate business opportunities, stakeholders needs and requirements into recommendations for further optimizations and backlog items that continuously feed the Digital product innovation roadmap and Digital Product backlog. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team containing content specialists, UX & Design and Engineering, that will configure our existing tools, applications and channels to deliver the best consumer experiences along the consumer journey in markets.
Define growth opportunities and initiate projects to deliver best-in-class ecommerce and digital consumer experiences;
Own and guide new initiatives, market roll-outs and product features through the concept and tech development and launch cycle;
Guide senior management to make investment decisions based on business outcomes;
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria;
Manage the new initiative backlog and drive the development;
Collaborate with consumers, through data and insights;
Define and drive success metrics such as conversion and engagement associated with the digital initiatives and consumer experience;
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of design, UX, tech development, consumer marketing, and research to build new and exceptional digital experiences for our users;
Develop processes to support the ecommerce and CRM teams with capabilities and resources;
Support the product development lifecycle of NGP digital capabilities and technology infrastructure;
Provide guidance and advocate for agile processes to drive ecommerce performance, increase speed to market and improve MVP development and deployment;
MVP and data driven approach towards the delivery of features.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
BA Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related;
8+ years experience in e-commerce and digital (either client or agency side);
Hands-on experience with managing backlogs, creating user stories and operating as a product owner in the agile scrum development process;
Exceptional project management skills and experience and the ability to develop a business case and prove ROI;
Understands the company technology stack and relevant infrastructure at a high level;
Strong analytical reasoning and business acumen; able to assess/determine clear business outcomes;
Proven ability to manage internal, cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget;
Exceptional ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and compelling manner;
Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
