At Gorillas you will:

• Deliver groceries by bicycle from our warehouse to the customer.
• Bike within a very small radius since Gorillas aims to deliver within 10 minutes of ordering
• Become the main point of contact with the customer
• Represent Gorillas on the street

What we need from you:

• You are 18+
• Eligible to work within The Netherlands. Unfortunately, we can't sponsor Visas. However, we can sponsor work permits if you have a student residence permit.
• You like cycling (you'll be back in the Hub within 20 minutes!).
• You are friendly, open-minded, enjoy talking to people and have a positive mindset.
• You are strong at teamwork, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• You are motivated, hands on, and ready to help wherever needed.

Salary:

• A fixed 7 month contract (0, 16 or 20, 32, 40 weekly working hour contracts)
• Flexible Types of Contract: Daytime, Evening Work, Weekend Work, Holiday Work
• A base salary of €11.54 to €22.50 per hour (This includes 8% holiday wage) depending on performance + Tips; overtime paid out

Benefits:

• A minimum of 200€ referral bonus with the following salary after the rider you referred has completed 3 months of employment
• Retention bonus: 200€ paid out with the following salary after 3 months of employment 200% pay on select public holidays
• 25 vacation days a year! (Based on a 40h contract, if you work less than this, the holiday leave will be adjusted accordingly)
• Phone allowance (€15 for full-time riders/ €7.50 part-time riders)
• 25% discount on your own Gorillas groceries!
