That you inspire and grow your team to support various business domains in the execution of the risk management processes such as Business Continuity Management, Information Security, IT Risk, Identity Access Management and overall operational risk awareness.
Making a difference
Responsible for developing a vision, strategy and roadmap for the First Line Monitoring Center (FLMC) together with your management team members which is in line with the CITO strategies;
Promote integrated Risk Management and further optimization of the FLMC organization;
Responsible for rolling out the standard way of working and further automation of the various Risk Management processes;
Responsible for capacity management, implementation and optimization of the resource mix;
HR responsible for internal personnel within the unit, including performance management and recruitment.

A master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration;
A leadership profile, 5-10 years, with a strong emphasis on transformation management;
Proven track record in stakeholder management;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch;
Knowledge in Business Continuity Management, Information (Cyber) Security, IT Risk, Outsourcing (Cloud) risk and Identity Access Management.
FLR and FLMC
The Mission of FLR is “Driving Secure Banking Together”. FLR drives the organization to be demonstrably in control of their risks in order to be secure and is responsible for the First Line of Defense and Monitoring for the whole CITO domain which includes assessing and implementing applicable Laws and Regulations as received from the CLR domain (Second Line of Defense) and translating these to clear and actionable Standards, Controls and Procedures. It is the ambition of FLR to be THE collaboration partner with the integrated view, knowledge and expertise, acting as liaison to Rabobank Business and external partners on risk and security, supported by flexible reporting capabilities.
Within the team First Line Monitoring Center (FLMC) we will drive the bank to be secure on a diverse number of topics, like Business Continuity Management, Information Security, IT Risk, Identity & Access Management, Cloud risk, SOx and overall Risk awareness. Execution of FLM and related topics
Pursuing an (international) ‘uniform’ FLM way of working, following the ‘First time right principle’;
Together with the other MT members, give structure and guidance to the FLR domain team (each aware and in respect of their own role);
Pursue and stimulate a collaborative way of working and alignment within and outside FLMC/FLR
Is capable of handling complex and multidisciplinary questions on the diverse risk management areas.
