Within our Reporting department you have a critical role when it comes to reliable financial information to regulators and internal stakeholders. You are part of the team responsible for the process of redesigning our reporting infrastructure in order to become future-proof.     Making a difference

    • As Data Solution Analyst Reporting you are responsible for maintaining business rules that are necessary for adequate reporting to the regulators in the context of prudential supervision.
    • In addition, you are substantively involved in the implementation of new and/or amended laws and regulations and/or changes within relevant reporting units. For example implementation of CRR2, changes to IFRS standards and changes to the DPM model.
    • You are an important player in the process of redesigning our reporting infrastructure in order to become future-proof.
    • You are directly involved in the transition from a report-driven organization to a data-driven organization. This means, among other things, changes related to systems and applications, processes and IT infrastructure, data and roles and responsibilities. Stakeholder management of all chain partners is key.
    • Within the bank we are continuously working to take reporting processes to a higher level. You have a leading role in the data transformation within Group Finance and Risk management.
    • You are the key player that creates, facilitates and inspires a high performing team focussed on achieving the best results together as a team.
    • You ensure that changes to the existing processes are embraced and embedded into the Reporting organisation.
    • You are able to challenge existing processes and search for process improvements and efficiencies.

    Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our Project Support team within our Reporting department brings talented people together to implement and embed (significant) changes that are driven by laws and regulations or internal requirements into the existing Reporting processes and teams. A key element of your role will involve the transition to a future-proof way of reporting. With you as Reporting Policies Analyst, the Reporting department will consist of approximately 140 diverse colleagues with a variety of roles.

    Customer focus, change power, self-organising capability and (stakeholder) management skills are clearly essential for the role. You have experience with reporting processes, stakeholder management and the ability to challenge existing processes and way of workings. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything on the checklist below:

    • academic level of thinking and relevant working experience;
    • proactive and positive attitude and like to go for results;
    • professional experience and expertise in the field of finance &risk reporting and the relevant laws and regulations, including IFRS;
    • knowledge of and experience with change management;
    • be able to deal with networking and resistance;
    • extensive experience with reporting;
    • analytically highly developed, proactive, independent, customer- and result-oriented;
    • knowledge of and experience with working in accordance with the LEAN (preferably Green Belt) and Agile philosophy and steers short-cycle on the basis of KPIs;
    • good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

    • a gross monthly salary between €3.259 and €5.384 (the position is scaled in function group 8 or 9). Classification depends on knowledge and experience;
