Overview:
As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are looking for a pro-active Data management Coordinator.
The position’s primary role will be to coordinate, assign, and maintain customer and vendor masters, pricing conditions and promotions in SAP ECC. you will work with multiple departments within Kao and will be part of the initial setup and maintenance processes for customer, vendor and pricing related information in SAP.

Qualifications:
The role:
As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are looking for a pro-active Data management Coordinator.
The position’s primary role will be to coordinate, assign, and maintain customer and vendor masters, pricing conditions and promotions in SAP ECC. you will work with multiple departments within Kao and will be part of the initial setup and maintenance processes for customer, vendor and pricing related information in SAP.
What you will do:
- Coordinate, assign, maintain and process customer and pricing information in SAP
- Process promotional information in SAP Hybris
- Prioritize most important data entry tasks above those of lesser importance
- Work with multiple departments within Kao
- Contribute to the initial setup and maintenance processes for customer, vendor and pricing related information in SAP
- Continuous improvement. (E.g. Suggest and support projects/activities to improve and harmonize processes)
- Consistently meet Service Level Agreement targets
What you will need:
- Bachelor in Business Administrations or relevant studies

Excellent communication, prioritization, organization

Detail oriented

Fluent in English, and an additional other European language is considered as an asset
