As part of our ambitious international growth strategy, we are looking for a Data & Analytics Professional who can support the global marketing team, provide meaningful insights for marketing campaigns, and understands the complexity of the global education business for product launch and market penetration.
Where you come in
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager based in Utrecht, the Data & Analytics Professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting marketing dashboards and reports with data visualization to support our entry and expansion into key markets North America, Europe, and Asia. You will work as a part of the organizational global marketing team, adding your unique assets/skills to make the team more data and insights-driven for strengthening our company’s position in the market.
In this role, you will manage the digital marketing data and analytics from our websites and products, defining strategies, and recommending actions to be taken by the marketing and sales teams.
You will work closely with our product & corporate teams to increase our global presence for our products and brand in the main markets we operate, as well as newly identified potential markets from you. As a data-driven marketing professional, you have experience with growth marketing and have a can-do mindset, taking up the daily challenges and succeeding with them.

Define the best analytics’ strategy & implementation for the EXIN’s digital channels
Manage the websites and product-related content analytics to continuously improve our digital reach and success to our target audience
Support the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns
Generate reports to research, create and optimize product positioning and campaigns
2-4+ years of experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting marketing dashboards and reports with data visualization
Technical background with previous experience in analytics and implementing analytics solutions for business performance metric tracking
Hands-on experience on tools like Active Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, SugarCRM, etc.
CMS basic skills
Coding skills in languages such as HTML, SQL, etc.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex processes and drive to resolution for data processing
Ability to perform market research such as but not limited to: trends, segmentation, targeting, and positioning
Microsoft Excel intermediate knowledge to create meaning to the data
B2B experience is a must, B2C is a plus
Ability to think strategically, as well as practically and operationally
Experience in working effectively in global teams
