    What we offer

The world is changing fast. Our position as being one of the biggest dairy exporting nations in the world will not be the same in the future. Changing consumer behavior, increased focus on local production & consumption, better access to chilled chains, and of course the need to develop this all in an environmentally sustainable way, result in an increasing need for locally produced milk sourcing and processing.

To realize FrieslandCampina’s goals, the Dairy Development Project Manager plays a key role by continuously acting upon new opportunities, how to leverage the value for our local business, increase the prosperity of farmers that deliver milk to us and at the same time secure our license to operate in Indonesia and improve the environmental footprint in countries like, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Romania, Ivory Coast and Nigeria.

Project Management adds value by tying it all together and delivering the result together as a team. For this, you work on a day to day basis with countries of which you will be the “country lead”. The work you will do, gains great internal and external exposure, creating new opportunities fast, often under complex circumstances and an international stakeholder field. For this we need an agile, committed and eager project manager that is capable to quickly understand and own the topics on the table.

Our employees around the world have a strong drive to do things that matter and are commercially and environmentally obsessed with adding value to those things that matter. Moreover, they have an owner’s mind-set, empowering them to make decisions on things that matter.
