Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's import and export business, including overseas procurement and domestic sales;
• Responsible for handling customs declaration and clearance procedures to ensure compliance with customs regulations and standards;
• Understand the application process and qualification requirements for a Dutch bonded warehouse, and assist the company in obtaining the qualification;
• Communicate effectively with customs departments to resolve issues related to customs declaration and clearance in a timely manner;
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of customs files to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all customs-related documents;
• Other customs-related work.

Job Requirements:

• Have experience in customs declaration and clearance, familiar with Dutch customs regulations and processes;
• Familiar with the application process and qualification requirements for a Dutch bonded warehouse;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with customs departments;
• Possess teamwork spirit and able to collaborate with relevant departments inside and outside the company;
• Able to handle work pressure and have good time management and organizational skills;
• Good English communication skills;
• Relevant educational background or work experience is preferred.
