For one of our clients in Almere, I am looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will be in contact with and help the company’s customers located in the Netherlands.
Act as the first point of contact for the company’s customers and handling incoming e-mails and phone calls
Answer customers’ questions and inquiries, for example about payments or the status of an order
Process and entry orders in the order management system, and to some extent also follow up on orders
Support your colleagues when necessary
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
You have a completed MBO education
You have 2-3 years of experience working within Customer Support/Order Management/Sales Support
You have experience of working with order management systems, preferably Exact, and have experience of working with Excel
You have a hands-on attitude and can work independently in a small team
You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and informal culture
