For one of our clients in Almere, I am looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will be in contact with and help the company’s customers located in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the company’s customers and handling incoming e-mails and phone calls
- Answer customers’ questions and inquiries, for example about payments or the status of an order
- Process and entry orders in the order management system, and to some extent also follow up on orders
- Support your colleagues when necessary
Requirements:
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
- You have a completed MBO education
- You have 2-3 years of experience working within Customer Support/Order Management/Sales Support
- You have experience of working with order management systems, preferably Exact, and have experience of working with Excel
- You have a hands-on attitude and can work independently in a small team
- You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and informal culture
