    Customer Support Hero

    Are you excited to guide our customers to business value with People Analytics? We are looking for a Customer Support Hero who helps our enterprise customers to get the most out of Crunchr. From answering the day-to-day questions our users might have - to (re)designing our knowledge base and maintaining user authorization and management together with our customers.

    What is Crunchr?

    Crunchr is a people analytics platform that shows what is happening with the workforce and guides companies in how to create a workplace where people thrive.

    Companies sit on tons of data, housed in different HR systems. Crunchr consolidates, cleans, and organizes this data – and connects the dots. The high-performance technology finds patterns and translates these millions of data points into clear insights. We find the needle in the haystack.

    Examples of questions that Crunchr can answer:

    • Why are employees leaving the company and can we predict who is next?
    • Does the company offer equal pay and career opportunities to everyone?
    • How strong are the succession networks and leadership pipelines for in 3 years?
    • What are exciting career paths for employees who are bored in their current role?

    People analytics is hot, as it unlocks the true value of data that companies are already sitting on. Everybody can make a PowerBI reporting dashboard that tells you what happened. But Crunchr tells you what’s happening, today and tomorrow. For thousands of users in one second.


    As Customer Support Hero you will:

    • Be our first point of contact for our users all over the globe
    • Build and maintain our Help Portal for our users
    • Support the Customer Success Managers
    • Work with our Marketing colleagues to ensure all customer materials are aligned and up-to-date

    • Graduated Bachelor degree
    • 1 to 3 years work experience
    • Experience with HR Technology is a bonus
    • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
    • Fluent in English. If you can also communicate in Dutch, German, Spanish, or French that would be great!
