    Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) 100%

    Job description

    We are looking for an independent personality with passion for project management and customer contact to start immediately or by appointment.

    Reporting to the Head of Product Services & Support, you will be jointly responsible for managing the customer integration with our Software solution.


    Your main tasks

    • Support our Sales Team in the pre-project phase
    • Manage and support the transition from sales to active users
    • Clinical Trial project management
      • IT project management (20-30%)
      • Customer management (50-60%)
    • Engage in customer basic support activities (Hardware and Software)
    • Customer maintenance
      • Ongoing customer training & monitoring
      • Ensuring that the customer is always informed of new developments
      • Suggest solutions to daily operations
      • Maximize the Berlinger system value for the customer
    • Close contact with Application Engineering, Global Technical Support and Sales
    • Support in the establishment, further development and optimization of customer success management in order to serve customers optimally

    Your profile

    • Technical education in hardware and/or software
    • Experience with Clinical Trials
    • Experience with GxP/GCP related environment
    • Basic understanding on how an API works and on monitoring control related processes
    • Customer support skills
    • High engagement and flexibility
    • Fluent in English, spoken and written
