    Your role

    We are looking for a highly ambitious Customer Success Manager to focus on onboarding and liaise with our customers (e.g. Netflix, Douwe Egberts, Mollie, Otrium, Catawiki). In this role, you will have the opportunity join our Customer Success team and build strong relationships with our key accounts. You ensure customers achieve significant value with our intelligent hybrid working platform.

    The successful candidate will understand our customers’ business objectives and act as their trusted advisor for using Workwize most effectively. This individual needs to communicate effectively across multiple departments and customers, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

    This role reports to the Head of Customer Success of Workwize, while working closely with the sales, operations, and tech teams.

    What You Will Do

    • Own the complete customer lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal
    • Strive to continually drive faster “time to value” and improve overall experience for our customers
    • Understand customer's objectives and how they translate to outcomes
    • Ensure proper delivery, onboarding and adoption of products and services, conduct ongoing operational reviews
    • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell
    • Engage all priority customers to strengthen relationships, conduct gap analysis, report on usage and lead value driven discussions
    • Drive revenue growth through adoption and upsell/cross-sell

    Job requirements

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s and or Master’s degree
    • 3+ years in a client-facing role, managing complex accounts
    • High problem solving skills
    • Critical and attention to details
    • Experience in data analysis
    • English & Dutch communication skills, business level


    • You have an entrepreneurial & digital mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing start-up environment
    • You’re ambitious, want to make a difference for customers, identify possibilities and eager to act on them
    • You are customer-centric
    • Thorough & analytical; you are eager to use the data to support the clients
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
    • Fluency in English & Dutch
    • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
    • Transparent & Honest; you mean what you say and are not afraid to express yourself
    • Advanced powerpoint and excel skills
    • You are a natural-born team player who is open for everything and everyone
