The ideal candidate wants to be part of our client's mission to reinvent the payment ecosystem by tackling the technological architecture of payments. You oversee a portfolio of various client accounts, and you guarantee their performance
You are the first contact of your customers and support them in the implementation of the company on all operational aspects: the framing of the launch, presentation of the company, targeted communications, drafting of quantitative and qualitative reports (user feedback, development requests, assessments, areas for improvement), etc
You master their issues/needs and accompany them daily to help them meet them
Your ambition is to maximize the use for all your clients.
As you are part of a small team, you are also responsible for cross-functional missions
You work continuously to improve the processes, product, offer, etc.
You analyze and consolidate data, user cases, etc.
You graduate from a business school and a technical business focus
You have at least 3 years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager
You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to adapt to demanding profiles
You follow your accounts with rigor, and you have a strong sense of customer service
You are autonomous, proactive, curious, and able to learn quickly
You are a hunter with an eye for detail, you are solution-oriented
Your actions are driven by analyses/figures and data.
You are full of ambitions, you are flexible, adaptable, and not afraid of change
You are passionate about personal development and are looking for a meaningful job
You are fluent in English and in French. Further languages like German are a plus
