    Customer Service Representative Romanian speaking

    Achieve maximum refunds for Romanian-speaking customers by processing their tax claims quickly and correctly. This job in Utrecht is for an excellent Romanian speaker with financial insight.

    De functie

    The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to achieve maximum refunds for Romanian-speaking customers by processing their tax claims quickly and correctly in the systems. You provide excellent service to customers and you ensure that you keep up to date with relevant knowledge and skills in the field of Customer Operations.

    Although each area has its own specialization, the Customer Operations teams work closely together on projects and support each other in other parts of the business at times of deadlines.

    Jouw profiel

    You speak and write the Romanian language very well and your English is good for internal use. You have worked in an international environment and you have proven customer service skills. Also you have an eye for detail and financial insight (work with numbers). You can set priorities and you ensure quality also during deadlines.
    Above all, you are a fast learner with analytical skills. You are someone who is willing to go the extra mile and who can adapt quickly to new situations.

    Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus. Good MS Office skills are a must, as is experience in dealing with potential problems.

    This position is in the Customer Operations department in Utrecht.

    Het aanbod

    You will get an contract for 7 months through Exactpi. After this period you will get a contract from the organisation.

    • Salary between €2200 - €2400 gross per month; (If you have more experience and/or earn a bit more, please apply);
    • Growth opportunities in the near future;
    • Preference for 40 hours per week but 32 hours is negotiable;
    • Travel allowance;
    • After onboarding, hybrid working is possible.
    • Home office allowance of €2,- per day.
    • Good habitz online training possibilities.
