About the job
As a Customer Service Representative you handle advisory and commercial customer requests. Both re actively and proactively and in line with the relevant guidelines. Your main focus is to make sure that customers (B2B) will be satisfied.
In this role you will process all the customer orders. You will be the point of contact for the internal and external customers about order related execution. During the process you will handle the customers complaints and you ensure that everything is properly recorded in all the systems so that everyone can always find the right information.
You will work closely with Planning to ensure that production is initiated at the right time so that customers receive their complete orders in a timely manner. Depending on trade and delivery terms, you organize the transportation for the orders and you make sure every order is provided with the correct documentation, including customs and health documents.
Throughout the process, you will keep in touch with logistics suppliers, production, quality and planning staff to coordinate timely shipments and to take the necessary actions.
In addition, you will also participate in various projects affecting internal process and regulatory developments.
What we ask
As a Customer Service Representative you are a key player within the Supply Chain of Trouw Nutrition. Someone who has a commercial mind set, solving problems, shares information with customers and support colleagues in order to realise targets. You work with a customer focus, don’t give up easily and you have a positive attitude in conflicting situations. Furthermore you have good communication skills, you are proficient with computers and you have a practical mind.
What more do you bring
You have at least a Bachelor degree or similar level;
1-3 years relevant working experience in a B2B environment;
Experience in a production environment is a plus;
You are fluent in English and Dutch (writing and speaking), another language is a plus;
You live so close to Deventer that you are willing to work in Deventer at least 2/3 days a week.
