Where are you going to work?
Customer service is the beating heart of our organization. The goal of the department is to increase the accessibility of Reade and of course to solve questions from customers beyond expectations.
A customer contact can relate to, among other things, registrations, appointments, medical questions, tips and complaints.
You work intensively with your colleagues from customer service and with colleagues from other departments. You can be deployed flexibly at our main locations, located on the Overtoom and Jan van Breemenstraat in Amsterdam. The opening hours for customer service are on weekdays from 07:30 to 17:00 What are you going todo?
As a customer service employee you have a very fun and challenging job. Your main activities will consist of making, changing and rescheduling appointments by mail and telephone. Not only are you the first point of contact for clients, but you are also the eyes and ears of the organization. You will be the first to receive feedback from clients, this can be a good experience, but also a less good one. It is up to you, together with your colleagues, to look at what can be improved on the basis of this feedback and thus contribute to the development process of customer service at Reade.
Your activities at a glance:
Taking incoming calls and speaking to clients
Handling and archiving incoming e-mails
Handling and registering reported complaints
Answering questions from clients, for example about appointments, personal data, etc.
Possibly referring customers with complex questions to other colleagues within READE
Registering changed or new customer data in the system
Providing information about our services
Reporting details to the customer service coordinator
What do you bring?
To be able to fill this position well, you are someone who is positive in life and can communicate well with both your internal colleagues and Reade's clients. You can empathize well with the interests of the clients and know how to keep your head cool even when it is hectic.
Furthermore, it is important for this fun function;
You have demonstrable experience working in a customer contact center or customer service
You have at least a completed MBO-4 diploma. This is a hard requirement to
position to be considered. A completed HBO education is an advantage
You are customer-, service- and solution-oriented and you can really put yourself in the customer's shoes
You are flexible and like to work in a (very) dynamic environment
where quickly successive changes are "normal"
You can deal with resistance and do not hesitate to give or receive feedback
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing and have a good
speaking skills in English
You are familiar with (modern) systems and applications such as telephony, customer systems
(such as CRM), Microsoft office, social media, email and chat functions
You are accurate, patient and have good adaptability. With all your
experience you fulfill an exemplary role for our organization
