A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Supply Services Manager to join our Benelux team.
This role is responsible for the Customer Supply activities for the Benelux, actively supporting the objectives of the Supply and Sales departments. The Customer Supply Services Manager coordinates a team of 5 people divided in 2 locations. The role will also be responsible for supporting strategic supply chain partnerships with the key customers.

Lead the Customer Supply Services activities to deliver high levels of service to the customer – The team is responsible for managing the outbound flow from order receipt until full completion of the delivery to the customers.
Develop the necessary methods, procedures, systems, and analytical tools required to ensure corporate case fill rate, in-stock, on-time delivery, and accurate transaction goals are met or exceeded
Review service level and improvement plans for key accounts.
Visit key customers in both markets on regular basis.
Ensure flawless execution in product flow to customer related to new item introductions, promotional activity, and custom manufacturing demand.
Lead the cost-efficiency activities together with 3PL/Logistics department and the customers.
Review the performance of the 3PL together with the Logistics Manager.
Participate in global meeting at regional level.
Act as a key site liaison between site personnel, sales, trade marketing, and the customer.
Deliver KPI results (service level, invoice accuracy and freight cost-efficiency)
Show monthly result and explanation of supply for TOP customers vs total results
Follow up cost to serve by customer as well as ordering pattern and delivery efficiency (full truck load).
Review Logistics contracts together with Sales, Legal, 3PL and Logistics.
Coach the team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
You'll Succeed because...
At least a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields (HBO)
At least 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service, Distribution, Planning or Logistics in FMCG (B2B)
Commercial awareness – Understands the impact of Supply decisions on business profitability
People management – proven experience in leading managing and developing teams, able to influence people of all levels
Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local / international legislation to ensure that the company meets its legal obligations
Able to adapt to a multi-cultural and international environment.
Able to create clarity and structure.
Knowledge of SAP, excel and Power BI
Flexible to travel to Belgium/France (20%)
Possess Reckitt Benckiser values – Achievement, Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Commitment
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills are crucial
Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; French is a +. The Business language at RB is English, therefore fluency in English is essential.
