The main task of our Customer Service Employee is to take care of the incoming pre and after sales calls, emails from customers and give 1st line of support for EMEA region. To create service tickets, help our customer during RMA process and manage our CRM system daily basis is also part of the function.
This function has primarily a technical character and works closely with the warehouse and the technical department.
Responsibilities Customer Service Employee
1st line of technical support for our customers
Pre and after sales support (phone, mail)
Managing all the process of RMA’s
Creating service tickets and helping customers during RMA process
Helping the technical team to prepare/update the CRM
Keeping our small projects organized
You as our Customer Service Employee:
First of all, are you the team player who likes to succeed as a team? Putting all your positive energy in day to day to create success for our customers and celebrating these successes together. You can proactively signal problems and work together with the team to solve them efficiently. As a team we ask each other for help, but also work independently to make sure all tasks are done on time. Can you make sure you keep an overview of all outstanding tasks? Manage the short deadlines for RMAs? Do you like helping international customers? And are you willing to keep learning?
What do you offer:
You understand how to speak to your customers professionally and helpfully
Knowledge of English language is a must
French, Spanish or German is plus
Completed education at MBO-level
Two or more years of Customer Service experience, preferably AV
Knowledge of procedures and methods regarding RMAs
Knowledge of office and software packages (Outlook, Excel), Microsoft Dynamics, CRM
Driving certificate B
Must be allowed to work in the Netherlands and live in the Netherlands already
