    Customer Service Coordinator for a logistic company

    You will be part of the Customer Service Centre in Wood Products. Part of the team is situated in the same unit as you, whereas other team members are located at different locations. Co-operating with the sales team and supply chain, you will be taking care of our Order Fulfilment process, assuring high customer satisfaction.

    We expect a proactive customer service attitude together with the ability to provide high-quality sales document processing also under time pressure.

    After a training period, you will be responsible for different administrative tasks and you will report to the CSC Manager.

    Your daily tasks as Customer Service are:
    • Contact with Customers, Sales and Sales Offices; Support commercial approach to maximize sales in close contact with the Sales Team;
    • Receive, process, and confirm orders and offers;
    • Creation of invoices and credit notes;
    • Export document handling;
    • Creation and follow up of reports and statistics;
    • Monitor customer credit limits & overdue payments;
    • Maintain customer-related system data;
    • Communication with Sales, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain and various other Stakeholders in the division;
    • Work with CRM, Customer Relationship Management.
    Additional information working as Customer Service:
    The main training will take around 6 weeks and at this time, the company expect you to be a full-time presence at the office. After this period of time, you will be working from home and from the office. The average is 1 day at the office and 4 days working from home. They are looking for someone who is committed to working for years to come.
    The ideal candidate as Customer Service Coordinator has the following skills:
    • You have work experience in customer service or similar tasks;
    • You are able to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control order related activities;
    • You are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal;
    • You are conscientious and you have a high focus on data quality and strong time management skills;
    • You have experience in SAP and the Microsoft Office programs;

    • A salary of €3000-€3500 per month (excl. holiday money);
