We are looking for a Customer Service Coördinator at our CHANEL office in Amsterdam.
Within the Benelux customer service department, you will be responsible for the entire ordering and logistics process for the Perfume/Beauty divisions in the Netherlands. The Customer Service Coördinator reports to the Benelux Customer Service Manager; Works closely with the Marketing, Finance and IT departments; Is part of a team of 2 people (with the Perfume/Beauty Belux ).

Your main missions are the following:
Perfumes & Beauty:
Entering or validating customer and internal orders
Management of the order flow
Operational management of the service rate (in-full / on-line delivery)
Follow-up and monitoring of logistic KPIs
External and internal customer logistics support
Ensure the proper flow of information regarding delivery times
Verification of the respect of delivery dates
Follow-up of order allocation
Point of contact with logistics centres (internal & customer)
Point of contact with carriers
Management of returns and credit notes
Follow-up and support to sales teams
Sharing of information on out-of-stock items with the chains
Verification of pricing
Follow-up of contractual obligations:
Management of mail and contacts to customers
Follow-up of the opening/closing of the distribution network
Management of the Benelux product catalogue
Follow-up of the collection entries and exits
Verification of the accuracy of the order form
Management of new launches
Participation in sales meetings
Verification of orders and PLV placements
Management of process documentation
Ensure the update of changes or new procedures
Main contact for sales teams for all administrative questions and actions
Improvement of supply processes
Follow-up of the efficiency of the logistic flow
Back up of the Belux Customer Service Coördinator in case of absence or leave.
High school level education
Perfect knowledge of the product ranges
Mastery of selective distribution and logistics flows
Perfect command of the office automation tools of the company's information systems dedicated to the activity (Axapta, Office...)
Fluently in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
