    As a Customer Service Agent, you represent the company to the customer. Customer contact energises you and you find it challenging to think along with the customer and solve problems. This is where you make the difference!

    • You are versatile and answer a wide range of questions daily via different channels such as telephone, e-mail, chat, Facebook, etc.
    • The full customer experience, from the initial contact, all the way to ensuring customer satisfaction while using Bold products. This also includes handling returns, meaning that you communicate with the customer and internally to ensure that the correct follow-up actions are carried out.
    • Solving commercial, financial or technical questions; it's all yours. For example, how to use our App or determine the correct cylinder size step-by-step. You tell the customer exactly how to solve this.
    • Upscaling our Support Knowledge Base: The place where customers can find more information at their convenience!
    • Working as a team with one common goal: Satisfied users.
    • Show initiative to contribute to the continuous improvement and updating of our working methods and procedures.

    Does this sound like you?

    • You have a diploma from a University of Applied Sciences and at least one year's relevant experience in a role where customer-oriented work is paramount.
    • Speaking and writing English (and German would be great) is no problem for you!
    • You are a great communicator. Just like you are great at devising the right solutions.
    • You take a critical look at the questions and remarks that are channelled to Support and are eager to provide input on how to further improve our customer service.
    • As part of the Support team, you ensure that the customer is assisted as quickly and effectively as possible. You are flexible and alert and can handle peak moments well as a team.
