Who are you

In order to start working as a customer service employee, you must at least meet the following points:

• Experience in customer contact
• A professional command of English
• You can deal with automated systems and MS Excell what will you do As a customer service employee you will be first person of contact. Through mail, telephone and other systems you'll keep track on incoming orders
• You'll report common issues within this process to keep the distribution process ongoing.
