    Customer Fulfilment Representative

    Do you have experience in Customer Service, Fulfilment and/or Sales? Do you have experience in working with SAP? Then you might be the Customer Fulfilment Representative I am looking for!

    This company develops, manufactures and markets chemicals. As a leading global producer they service their clients in over 70 countries worldwide. The European head office is located in Almere, The Netherlands.

    Tasks & responsibilities

    • Act as primary customer contact for the placement and fulfilment of sales orders, the daily interaction and customer inquiries / claims
    • Daily monitoring of product shipments to ensure on time delivery and work with logistics and plants to resolve delivery issues
    • Communicate any adjustments to customers as well as logistics parties
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of the Company’s customers, products and services
    • Work with customers and account managers to develop relationships that can improve service and increase customer retention
    • Bridge the gap between what the customer expects and what the organization can realistically provide through effective communications, and by facilitating resolution of issues with plants, distributors/agents, logistics and sales management
    • Review invoices on accuracy in order to be able to increase the number of invoices directly sent to customers

    Skills & education

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, fulfilment, logistics and/or sales function
    • Great knowledge of SAP is preferred
    • Knowledge of MS office, CRM and other relevant tools
    • Fluent in English
    • Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment
    • Organizes thoughts with ability to present information in a clear and precise manner
    • Experience in a B2B environment
    • You must live in the Netherlands and have a workingpermit
    • Available fulltime (is a must)
