    Job Description


    We are searching for a consumer-focused, logistics-savvy Customer Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the B2C and B2B customer delivery of our wines and experience kits worldwide. You will also be required to ensure dry stocks, labels, and partner wines replenishment. If you have a passion for customers, logistics, and operations, you might be our next VIVANT! You will need a background in inventory, stock management, parcel delivery, and knowledge of customs operations globally.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage our worldwide customer delivery and logistics network (ERP, WMS, CRM).
    • Design and implement continuous automation, improvements, and transparency in our global delivery network, including the use of the latest technologies.
    • Drive strategic development projects for logistics activities all over the world.
    • Initiate, follow, and optimize all deliveries according to customers’ requirements, quality standards, costs, and compliance regulations.
    • Accurately deliver flow by tracking and reporting quality measures, stock inventory, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency in real-time.
    • Ensure global compliance laws, regulations, and customs requirements including accurate and on-time compliance reporting.
    • Manage wine partners and dry stock replenishment.
    • Maintain on-time labeling and seasonal collection.
    • Manage relationships with our suppliers and partners to ensure complete coverage and maximum efficiency.
    • Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing delivery team that meets agreed objectives.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Operations, Logistics/ Supply Chain, or Business.
    • 8+ years of experience with an international company in logistics and order management.
    • Strong knowledge of international logistics operations and regulations.
    • Professional fluency in English. French is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM and ERP software.
    • Organization, rigor, eye for detail, and precise problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership potential.
    • Track record of proactivity optimizing and improving processes and systems.
