About
For our client – an international producer and distributor of diagnostic equipment with office in the Arnhem region – we are looking for a Customer Care Representative for the Export markets.
The purpose of this role is to provide effective assistance to our clients’ customers, ensure smooth flow of external and internal inquiries, secure timely order processing, transportation and export documentation, secure compliance with the international laws and the local policies. You will report to the Customer Care Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Full scope order processing (instruments),
- Entering and confirmation of service orders,
- Organization of international transport,
- Support of export procedures and documentation,
- Control of the customer price lists,
- Verification and control of the customer and product master data,
- Backup for the regular order process for Benelux.
Requirements
- MBO+ level education
- Min. 3 years’ working experience in a similar role
- Experience with export procedures and customs’ compliance
- Languages: English & Dutch is a must, French is a pre
- Experience with ERP (Navision is a pre)
