    Main purpose:

    This newly created role will combine the daily stock control tasks & Idoc management (which are key controls) and the daily follow-up and management of exceptions during customer deliveries.
    The daily stock control is required to make sure physical stocks at the 3PL and the stocks shown in SAP are always in sync, so that other functions always look at the correct stock picture to allocate orders and plan productions. To make sure this is the case, failed idocs must be resolved and a daily stock comparison is made.
    The other part of the job focusses on exceptions during customer deliveries. This could be change in delivery windows, long waiting times and/or refusals/returns. It focuses on the part of the order flow after the orders have been submitted to the 3PL and will involve daily contact with the 3PL and customers so that the exceptions are resolved as soon as possible and the customer will get the ordered goods OTIF.

    • Daily follow-up of failed idocs (SAP interface message) and resolving them
    • Tracking of root causes and input into RCA together with Sr. Logistics Coordinator
    • Daily match of 3PL stocks and SAP stocks and resolving any differences
    • Supplying input into monthly key controls related to stock control
    • First point of contact for questions from internal stakeholders on stock accuracy
    • Daily follow-up of exceptions in deliveries to customers based on input from 3PL
    • Replanning of deliveries together with customer DC’s based on 3PL & customer capacity
    • Tracking of root causes of deliveries inregularities and providing first analysis to Domestic 3PL lead
    • Identify productivities within delivery process together with Domestic 3PL lead
    • Tracking of carrier performance NL plants -> NL warehouse and input to Domestic 3PL lead in case of deviations
    • First point of contact for NL plants with day to day transport questions/escalations


    Key skills/Experience required:
    • 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain role, preferably in a fast-moving environment but we are happy to consider graduates for this role
    • Bachelor degree in logistics, or supply chain related
    • Proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress
    • Strong eye for detail and ability to see connections in data, events and trends
    • Good understanding & experience in working with SAP preferred
    • Highly customer-focused with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
    • Thorough knowledge of MS Office modules (especially Excel)
    • Ability to keep overview of complex flows and identify current & future risks
    • Analytical skills- can analyse figures, make connections and draw conclusions
    • Very strong number skills
    • Fluency in Dutch & English
