They do this by developing local solutions that provide an instant impact. There where the challenges are the greatest: the built environment. They develop new ideas and applications for customers with which they can use as their own biogas within their existing installation. All employees have extensive knowledge and experience within sustainable installation and energy. You will work in a multidisciplinary team where you contribute directly and learn everything about the energy transition in the built environment. Due to the high demand on the products and the rapid growth of the organization, we are looking for a CRM Manager who wants to grow with us.
The CRM manager is responsible for the CRM system, which is a platform that accelerates sales and links the outside world to CIRCu2019s inside world. The CRM systems connects CIRCu2019s stakeholders (customers, supplier, distributors, agents, network organizations) to various departments (sales, marketing, finance, customer service, operations, R&D). The CRM platform facilitates our story telling, mobile sales and aftersales questions in an efficient, effective, transparent and customer friendly way. CIRC wants to keep an agile profile, meaning the CRM manager will work together with third parties (and in the future a small internal team) to set-up and manage the CRM platform.
Develop CRM roadmap in close cooperation with marketing, sales, finance, operations and R&D;
Implement the signed off CRM roadmap in an u201con time, in full, in spec, in budgetu201d manner;
Develop and manage a network of third parties who can help CIRC to achieve its roadmap;
Manage the current CRM network (Salesforce);
Build a team to structurally support the CRM network globally (both desktop and mobile);
Understand the u201cneedsu201d of internal and external users of the CRM system (incl. communities);
Develop u201crecommended workflowsu201d to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal and external users.
Minimum around 2 years relevant work experience in similar roles or organizations (start-up/scale-up);
Experience with project management;
Experience in management third parties;
Affinity with sustainability;
Completed BSc/MSc title;
Fluent in English andpreferably also Dutch.
