You’ll work on all kinds of vacancies; sales, marketing, and new positions. Besides, you’ll boost our job page and other recruitment channels with your creative ideas. The recruitment process is not set in stone yet, so in that respect, you can add value too!
Who are we? In 7 years the Dutch startup has rapidly grown into a company with an international team of over 150 young professionals. We are the market leader in the Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world, with teams for the US, DACH, Nordics, UK, Iberia, France, and Italy. Our (cool and renovated) HQ is in Utrecht, but we have offices in Spain, Berlin and New York too. Check our Instagram to find out more! * What will your role be?* The entire process is your jam. What does this mean exactly?
Discuss new job openings with our team leads. You write an attractive job opening, spread the good news we are hiring again, and you find other ways to attract the right people. We have many newly created job openings, so this makes the job fun and challenging.
Coordination of the entire process. You select candidates, conduct phone and face-2-face interviews, and follow up with candidates. After a ‘yes’, HR will take over the onboarding process.
You improve our employer branding. Thanks to Marketing, our Instagram is a great place to taste our culture already, but there is much more to do! Our job page can be boosted, we can create other content like blogs or vlogs, or whatever you think might be interesting for new hires.
Improve and structure the current hiring process and train colleagues on how to do good and fun interviews.
Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn or other social media. We sometimes work together with recruitment agencies, so you’ll be in touch with them too. But you know way better how to find the right people, so with your help we don’t expect to need them anymore.
Being the sparring partner for our management team and team leads in terms of recruitment.
Update important recruitment channels like Glassdoor and our LinkedIn company page. Do you already notice what you are going to improve? Go for it!
Who are you?
It’s most important that being in touch with people energizes you! Next to this:
At least 2 years of experience in proactive recruitment, but preferably more.
Preferably experience in recruiting international and highly educated talent.
Preferably experience with employer branding.
Speak English and Dutch fluently.
Live in the Netherlands and you are available for at least 32 hours per week.
You’ll be part of the HR team. Currently, we all do recruitment for dedicated departments. But because of our rapid growth we need you to sink your teeth in attracting new talent.
What do we offer?
Salary up to € 4500 per month based on 40h, at least 25 paid vacation days, and a company bonus up to 10% of your yearly salary
