    In close collaboration with our Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and PVH Brands Business units, we develop innovative and sustainable Supply Chain Networks that drive top line profitable sales by supporting and enhancing a synergetic and strategic sourcing approach to deliver best in class quality products together with our competent and socially compliant partners.

    Central Inbound and International Markets Logistics teams are part of the Central Supply Chain Operations Department. Central Logistics Inbound are responsible for arranging the transportation of PVH Europe goods as from goods delivery at export consolidator until delivery to PVH Europe DC's assuring the best service is provided at lowest possible cost. International Markets Logistics team works with all International Markets (customers) on integration of individual Markets needs into PVH Europe processes and procedures. We are the spider in the web connecting divisions to DC, vendors to 3PL and purchasing to sales. Central Logistics Inbound is a great department to work in and we are looking for a colleague with a good work ethos who is also seriously fun to work and be around.

    The Position:

    As a member of the Central Inbound Logistics team, you will be working closely with the divisional operations teams for a smooth goods inbound flow as well as 3PL’s, DC and Order Fulfillment. This includes monitoring the inbound goods flow to optimize the inbound reaching the DC's and advise on the goods intake prioritization to maximize OTA and OTIF.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carrier and Terminal collaboration to support all ship mode operations once in transit
    • Monitoring that carriers and 3PL adhere to set lead times and dock dates for shipments
    • Smooth cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on all interfaces
    • Monitor communication between 3PL / VDH / WH Divisional support for Key accounts, special projects and non trade.
    • Support Central Inbound Logistics and International Markets Logistics team with key reporting, analysis and exception management for all ship modes
    • Challenge current logistics processes to continuously looking for improvements Working and communciating with Distribution centres, Divisional operations teams, Buying Offices and vendors
    • SAP system updates for shipments System trouble shooting with Nexus, 3PL and carrier systems

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Open minded, fun to work with and willing to embrace a dynamic working environment
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Experience working in multicultural environment
    • Superior MS-Office skills (especially MS Excel)
    • University/Engineering degree and less with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain environment or post-secondary degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain environment
    • Sound knowledge of IT systems (ERP and supply chain planning systems) gained through education and/or experience
    • SAP system a preference
