Distribution Management Organization (DMO) is global organization managing ~120 distributors operating in aggregate industry. We have clear growth strategy and we drive improvements into our everyday actions in order to become better. We are customer oriented organization with high ambition. We are offering to you Contractual Business Manager position in which You are closely working together with Aftermarket Distributor Managers & distributors in the regions. You will also get great global colleagues to support your journey as a part of the DMO. You will be part of the DMO Aftermarket Management team.
Contractual Business Development Manager have important role in our organization. Your primary responsibility is to develop the contractual business concepts with our distributor partner network to meet end customer needs. You will also benchmark industry best practices and previous working experience on this environment is clear benefit for you. Contractual business includes Extended Protection Services, annual service contracts, process optimization agreements and Key Account contracts our distributors are making with their customers. Role includes travelling.
Responsibilities: Plans, develops and implement the contractual business model for global Metso: Outotec distributor network. Designing service contracts for distributor use based on the market needs. Design and implement needed tools to visualize the benefits of contractual services. Design and implement the tools and methods to follow-up the contractual business. Roll-out the contractual business model together with DMO regional organizations. Works closely with Business Lines and to ensure service contracts are designed according to product and services strategy.
To succeed: B.Sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant commercial or engineering study field. Relevant work experience preferably in the OEM company service aggregate industry. Contractual business experience with distribution channels. Strong leadership and networking skills in matrix organization. A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability. Previous project management experience is required. Familiarity with the Construction or Mining equipment / products. Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of time. Process oriented working methods to drive compliant and efficient sales. Capability to work independently and pro-actively. Coaching mentality, perseverance. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
