Due to high growth in recent years and much more growth ahead, ESTG is now looking for a Contract Manager who will drive contract management across the company to the next level.
The Contract Manager will be a key player in the Contracting & Procurement (C&P) team of five and will report directly to the Head of Contracting & Procurement (C&P). The purpose of the C&P team is to ensure the availability of the right products of the right A-brands at the right time to ESTG’s broad and growing B2B customer base.
You will build and manage effective supplier relationships to ensure on-time-in-full delivery of ever-increasing volumes in an extremely dynamic and rapidly expanding operating environment. You will do so in close collaboration with colleagues of the Product Management team. Together, you are ESTG’s main interface with the world’s top international manufacturers of PV Solar and other sustainable technology products. Key responsibilities
Develop and embed world-class contract management procedures and practices. Work across all levels of the business to drive lasting and value-based supplier relationships.
Negotiate win-win supply contracts and purchase arrangements with leading international manufacturers of sustainable technology products. Ensure consistent and competitive prices, terms, and conditions.
Lead structured, data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews with ESTG’s suppliers, with the purpose to generate ever-increasing mutual value from ESTG’s long-term business partnerships.
Benchmark supplier performance. Develop and implement clear vendor KPIs and track these consistently.
Develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose contracts repository.
5+ years of relevant work experience in a highly dynamic business environment where world-class contract management makes the difference. Experienced firsthand what good contract management looks like and how it generates sustainable business value.
Master’s or Bachelor's degree.
Sound understanding of the legal context of contract management in a fast-paced international business setting, across European jurisdictions.
Demonstrated ability to take people along and build a shared vision at all levels in the organization.
Builds trust with senior-level executives, both externally and internally.
Working knowledge in leading win-win negotiations with international business partners.
Fact-based mindset with an advanced capacity to think critically and turn data into business insights.
IT-savvy and fluent in English
