    Continuous Improvement Manager

    The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for policies, implementation and continuous improvement.

    This involves the functional steering including supporting and coaching of teams and also translating strategy into terms of organization, leadership and behavior, including implementation and adoption.

    Context, scope, primary purpose
    You think about how continuous improvement can contribute to the business strategy. You know what is happening in the market and within Pon. You have a hands on mentality and can translate & capture this into a clear plan including methods, approaches and tools. This enables the organization to achieve the desired goal for an excellent customer experience.

    Your core role is to implement and facilitate the continuous improvement process within the Pon IT Operations organization. You work closely with the teams to let them realize their continuous improvements. You are able to inspire management and employees and guide/coach the teams.

    Embedding continuous improvement as a way of working and the belonging culture for which you are responsible is part of your second nature. You are able to execute this within a wide range of (IT) processes & ways of working.

    Your key responsibilities

      Primary point of contact for MT and employees regarding continuous improvement

      Create & deliver the long term plan/roadmap to advice and inspire management, employees and teams for maximum adoption of continuous improvement

      Responsible for coaching the teams and facilitating the teams to execute their improvements

      Own & develop the vision for Agile Way of working
      Plans and performs audits to determine the maturity of Pon IT Operations processes & ways of working

      Knowledge of ITSM processes is a pre

    Your KPIs

      Continuous improvement according to agreed plan, planning and budget

      Compliance and effectiveness of the Pon IT processes & way of working

      Development of continuous improvement skills

      Execution of the Continuous Improvement Plan

      Keeping up to date with new technologies/methodologies by following courses/events

    You are an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager with an Agile mindset, able to address and implement necessary improvements within the organization of Pon IT. You have excellent stakeholder management and customer focus skills. You confront the organization with their current way of working with a sense of organizational sensitivity. You are proactive and reflective about the strategy, culture, attitude & behavior within the organization.

    You have a keen sense of requested and unrequested advice to management about the improvement initiatives based on the many sources of information and from your own experience. The successful strategic integration of improvement initiatives at both process, structure and attitude & behavior level within the organization's broad context is your responsibility.

    You are able to summarize and steer complex topics and enable decision making. You are an example of our culture that promotes professionalism, ownership and proactiveness. Your core competence is facilitating and enabling the whole organization in their purpose.

    Must haves (minimal requirements to perform the role)

      Master / Bachelor level

      IT professional (8 years) with experience in methodologies like CI, Agile, Lean

      Experience with coaching of (management) teams & individuals

      Strong stakeholder management

      Excellent communication and writing skills at senior management level

      Experience in leading organization changes

      Experience in project- and/or process management is a pre

      ITSM experience/certification is a pre
