What your day looks like
Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo:
You are responsible for Trengo's Content Strategy and aligning with stakeholders.
You keep your content team engaged and motivated. They are upbeat, positive and united with fresh perspectives about the power of content.
A diet rich in TOFU, MOFU, BOFU. You are deeply involved in conceptualizing and bringing best practices into planning the execution of high-quality SEO-friendly blogs, videos, PR strategies and overall social media presence.
You are responsible for Trengo's Content Calendar aligned with the focus and KPI's. Input for this Calendar is data-driven
You do keyword research and customer-driven content writing, understanding their needs and their pain points, for which Trengo can bring a solution.
Data shows you the way. You empower and guide your team to figure out what content works best and use these insights to be more and more successful. Month by month.
You are responsible for a small content team of 2 people that will grow with time.
If needed, you will co-create Trengo's PR strategy.
What we expect

At least 5 years of experience in B2B copywriting and content creation.
You've put together clear B2B content marketing strategies before and gained insights from them.
The 'why' comes first in your work, you put quality over quantity when it comes to SEO articles and number of posts.
It's in your nature to track your performance when doing individual projects. You're data-driven and serious about keyword research and Google Analytics.
You've created branded content strategies before.
Fluent in English (Dutch or Spanish are a great plus)
