Consumer Marketing Manager OC
The Consumer Marketing Manager Ostomy Care (OC) has an entrepreneurial role in understanding the needs of our consumer customers and translating it into an executional plan. Coloplast is looking for an energetic person that is genuinely interested in our customers and is able to drive our commercial agenda, The role is analytical in the sense of understanding consumer needs, performance management and translating this into action.
Based on solid analysis we expect the Consumer Marketing Manager to come with creative concepts to activate people with an ostomy to engage with Coloplast and provide our products and services solutions along the way. To be successful in the role, relationship management with ambassadors, patient associations and advisory board is a key component of the job.
About the department
You will be part of the Ostomy Care marketing team, but also have active cooperation with the Consumer Marketing Manager for Continence Care, the Online Marketeer and Commercial Excellence Manager. You will also be an active member of the Expert Panel in HQ.
The job
As a top priority, you will be developing the consumer agenda for ostomy care by understanding and researching needs of consumers which leads to recommendations to improve performance (e.g. business opportunities, service and products improvements). You will drive active relationship building with key influencers (e.g. ambassadors, patient associations, advisory boards, etc.). Driving lead generation through effective, omni-channel marketing campaigns is familiar to you. You are also responsible for monitoring execution and target achievement on campaigns with consumer sales department and reports campaign results to all relevant stakeholders.
Qualification
Bachelor or Master degree;
Minimum 4 year experience in Consumer Marketing, preferably in a consumer sales organization;
Solid experience in online marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media, e-mail, …) and offline marketing (Print, TV, …)
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Eloqua;
Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM databases;
Good spoken and written Dutch and English skills.
