    Consumer Demand Generation Leader

    We are looking for the Consumer Demand Generation Leader , based in Amsterdam who will be defining the future consumer marketing initiative to strengthen our Brand with consumers and support D2C initiatives. You will be part of the global marketing team of Home and Distribution, to represent and drive excellence in Demand Generation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement global strategic marketing communication plan and campaigns for Consumers in terms of business objectives and resource allocation;
    • Animate channel initiatives through marketing-influenced campaigns to accelerate our smart home penetration and encourage repeat purchase;
    • Work with different workstreams to develop and oversee solid contents creation and animation, which enables an efficient and effective deployment to the countries to beat the local competition;
    • Drive an integral digital marketing approach as well as the media strategy in terms segmentation, customer decision journey, and integrate efficiently with partner/influencer initiatives;
    • Develop comprehensive internal communications plans in collaboration with business leaders, Hub deployment team and country marketing team;
    • Manage the MarCom budget for global activities and provide guidance to countries on spending mix;
    • Be a key contributor with strong influential skills and consistent collaboration with country marketing leaders, business leadership team from different division to ensure the alignment in the all marketing elements.

    Key interfaces:

    • Division channel program owner;
    • Division Hubs deployment teams;
    • Global marketing teams including Integrated marketing team, Branding Team, and digital customer experience team;
    • Global marketing Home and distribution team;
    • Country marketing teams.

    Qualifications

    Experience & Education:

    • +7 experience in B2C channel marketing with strong understanding of direct to consumer;
    • Experience in digital marketing required;
    • Has worked with market studies and research agencies before to build segmentation and value proposition;
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in a global environment;
    • Has worked in a complex Matrix organization before;
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing or related.

    Skills:

    • Curious, Open mindset and attitude, demonstrating strong initiative and eager to take ownership;
    • Strong customer focus and business acumen;
    • Good understand of marketing automation tools;
    • Very much at ease with digital and social media campaign tactics;
    • Attention to detail and excellent planning and organizational skills;
    • Strong problem-solving skills and project contingency planning capabilities;
    • The ability to work in a global team environment and manage various stakeholders;
    • The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines;
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    • Very good English.
