What will you do?
“Concept Design is visualizing stories”
As a concept designer, you will work together with our lead designer and the skilled marketing team on brand awareness campaigns and retail exposure. Hereby you take the responsibility as a designer to visualize the story of modern e-mobility. In other words, you ensure that the visual identity of the brand is translated into creative and innovative designs across all channels.
Your design tasks:
Design national and international brand campaigns for all online and offline channels.
Together with the marketing team you will define the campaign concept and translate this into multiple designs across different channels such as outdoor advertisement, online advertisement, and retail exposure.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layout.
At QWIC we don’t want to give you limitations, but we want to encourage you to develop new concepts to tell our story across multiple channels. For example, new retail promotion products or maybe improving our corporate identity.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to delivery of the final product.
You will be in the lead to develop concepts for creating catalogues, retail materials, and all other corporate design assignments. Next to developing concepts, you are also responsible for the delivery of the final product. Sometimes this means you can deliver it yourself, and another time you need to collaborate with suppliers for it.
You live in the Amsterdam region or are willing to move;
You speak fluent English or Dutch;
You have at least 4 years of working experience as a designer, and you master most of the Adobe Creative Programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro);
You can easily design campaign concepts for all offline and online channels;
Help evolve our design systems and brand guidelines, ensuring a high level of quality, establishing a consistent look and feel throughout the brand;
You're a highly conceptual designer, who inherently pushes creative boundaries, is willing to experiment, takes risks to make an impact, but also understands how things fit in the bigger commercial picture;
You are proactive, responsible, solution-oriented, independent, and able to handle new situations;
Finally, you have a killer portfolio to show us all your design skills.
