    Compensation & Benefits Manager

    The role
    As Compensation & Benefits Manager you will help set up offices and C&B policies across the world, design instruments across the organization that are fair, transparent, and motivating. And you’ll make it fun. From design to implementation and communicating on initiatives, it’s also your job to make sure policies have a full and healthy life.
    These policies need some maintenance from time to time. That’s your job too. Next to working on long-term and recurring global C&B projects, you’ll advise on compensation matters day-to-day and keep everything running smooth.
    Within this role your tasks are, but not limited to:

    • You’ll develop and innovate C&B vision and strategy for all roles at IDH, alongside a sustainable global compensation strategy and initiatives for growth.
    • You’ll lead and manage all global compensation projects, like global salary frameworks, secondary benefits, pensions, and more.
    • You’ll design, develop and implement attractive global compensation policies, acting as a sparring partner for all compensation matters.
    • You’ll research emerging C&B trends, issues and best practices, defining benchmarks and processes to keep IDH at the top of the game.
    • You’ll manage the total global rewards package, researching, establishing, and maintaining our policies.
    • You’ll create compensation guidelines for our locations.
    • You’ll communicate proactively on C&B and find ways to increase transparency.

    Who you are
    IDH is looking for a Global Reward Manager who is eager to develop him/herself, likes to cooperate with and advise other, and enjoys taking a deep dive in content as well as in data (analysis). Next to that, you feel comfortable in switching between strategic discussion and solving practical problems. You love to work in an international, dynamic and fast-paced environment and do not back down from a challenge. You are an outspoken diplomat, and you developed a high sense for intercultural and interpersonal sensitivity throughout your career, what makes it easy for you to connect to others within IDH.
    What you bring

    • At least 6 -10 years’ work experience, proven-track record in project management in complex international environments
    • Passionate about elevating Total Rewards, bringing fresh ideas to the table
    • Ability to use data to make informed recommendations
    • A strong communicator, compelling storyteller and influencer with the ability to gain support and sponsorship from a variety of stakeholders
    • Experience in building job architectures and job grading worldwide
    • Experience with change- and project management
    • Fluency in English, orally and written, knowledge of an extra language (French or Spanish) is a plus

    What we offer
    IDH offers a dynamic international environment and an enthusiastic and passionate team. As an IDH team member you can contribute to positive global change. The position if for 32 – 40 hours per week. We offer a one year contract with possibility to extend and a gross monthly salary between € 4200 and € 4900 (based on a 40 hour week) and solid fringe benefits, including a good pension scheme.
